<div><p>NMS Toyota is an internal web-based application developed to manage and track customer phone number data related to vehicle purchases, service history, and other customer interactions. The system centralizes customer contact information, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and easy access for the sales and customer service teams.</p><p>I was responsible for backend development, including designing and implementing RESTful APIs, managing database schemas, and integrating secure authentication and authorization processes. Built with Laravel and MySQL, the system improved data retrieval efficiency and reduced duplicate records, ultimately enhancing customer service quality and follow-up accuracy.</p></div>
