i would install windows, network setup, change rdp port to unprivileged and give you rdp access to windows station.

what do i need?
i need vnc password and login information to remote rescue. vps must be reboot into rescue system.
– boot rescue system your vps (select archrescue)
– send rescue login (ip+password rescue)
